Over a hundred years after the last night watchmen were sent into retirement, this guild is once again enjoying great popularity. On an entertaining evening tour through the streets and alleys of Stralsund's old town, a night watchman (or his wife) tells stories and tales, anecdotes and legends, spooky and improbable things about thieves, murderers and whores in the Middle Ages.
