The fishing license or the temporary fishing license (also tourist fishing license called) and the fishing permit required. Both documents must be valid and carried and presented upon request.
The fishing license is only issued after passing an exam. The temporary fishing license, also tourist fishing license called, as well as the fishing permit can be purchased as follows:

Conservation areas are used for migration, reproduction and overwintering of fish. For coastal waters, conservation areas are defined in the Coastal Fisheries Ordinance - KüFVO MV.
