The new VVR information point at the Tribseer Damm 76 complex is small but nicely furnished; the entrance is on Bahnhofstrasse.

It is open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 13:00 p.m. to 16:15 p.m., and Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 13:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.
The information desk is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in MV.
